Personal Stories of Coeliac

I am a newly diagnosed coeliac and a Registered nurse and am writing a Beginners Guide to Coeliac Disease. i would like to dedicate a chapter to real people stories. please tell me how long it took to get your diagnois, and how you coped. what strategies did you put in place, what worked and didn't work, what support was forthcoming or non-existent. How did you families cope and adjust. What kept you going through the tough times and accidental contaminations. What changes did you undergo in your lifestyle. looking back what do you wish you knew then that you know now. if your were diagnosed with coeliac disease today what information would you want straight away.

Gluten free Food is Here

Using several tricksy methods, I've been able to import the entire inventory of our associate, GlutenFree(dot)com into the database here on Celiac.Me.

Check out the right-hand side bar for 37 different categories! If you can't find the gluten free food item you want here, it might not exist.

We also have some gluten free food items from Amazon scattered around here somewhere, but the nature of our database software makes it much easier to present the items from glutenfree.com.

There are things I have never even heard of before, like Gluten Free Cheesecake!
